July 15, 2024 started with rain in Buffalo, MN. It turned into a beautiful day for the Community Health Foundation of Wright County Golf Tournament to support a worthy cause: the Bridge Program at Lakeside Oasis Hospice.
In total, 116 golfers teed off, chipped and putted their way to nearly $28,000 in proceeds to bridge the gap for Lakeside Oasis Hospice residents facing financial difficulty.
This was the 24th year of the fundraising effort for CHF, raising more than $500,000 for various needs throughout Wright County. Since 2012, the tournament has raised more than $384,000 for Lakeside Oasis. That includes $124,500 for the Bridge Program. Previously, funds benefitted the original capital campaign and ongoing support of operations.
